These draft terms concern the Primexys website and Primexys Portal, both operated by Primexys Investment Capital LLC, 30 N Gould St Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States.

The Primexys website is the public area; the Primexys Portal is the restricted area for authorized members and administrators. The proposed General Terms of Use address both areas. The proposed Specific Terms of Use address the Primexys Portal in addition to the general terms.

These terms describe website use, not the commercial terms of a financial service, investment, or transaction. A separate agreement, where applicable, governs the relevant service. This draft does not amend an existing agreement with your organization or establish that browsing the site binds your organization.

Use the website to learn about Primexys and FundStream, contact our team, and use member functions for which you have authorization. Use must comply with applicable law and respect other users’ rights.

Account closure and deletion are separate from ending a commercial relationship or settling outstanding obligations. Members can request data deletion through the portal, subject to administrator review as described in the Privacy policy. This draft does not impose another provider’s inactivity periods, automatic termination schedule, or notice rules.
