Who we are and what this policy covers
Primexys Investment Capital LLC is responsible for personal data handled for the website and member-account activities described in this notice. Our postal address is 30 N Gould St Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States. Privacy correspondence should be sent to privacy@primexys.co.
This notice covers visitors, people who contact us or subscribe to insights, membership applicants, and FundStream portal members. Business contact information can be personal data even when a company email address is used.
It does not describe the independent practices of another institution, a website reached through an external link, or a service not addressed here. The respective organization’s privacy notice applies to its own processing.
Data we collect and where it comes from
Most information comes from you, from your organization’s representatives, or from another portal participant communicating with you. The information depends on the forms and services you use:
- Inquiries: first and last name, company email, institution, country or region, inquiry topic, and message.
- Interest registration and membership: contact name, company email, organization, participant type, country, optional phone and application information you provide. Account creation also requires a password.
- Member profile and account: contact and company details, role or position where supplied, account identifiers, membership approval status, and authentication and two-step verification information.
- Member activity: applications and review status; orders and invoices, including descriptions, amounts, currency, dates and status; transaction records; message subjects and bodies; support conversations and ticket statuses; uploaded documents and their file details.
- Subscriptions: the company email address submitted for newsletter or insights sign-up, together with the subscription record.
- Security and request records: failed sign-in counts, account lock information, record timestamps, and privacy requests, including optional reasons, review notes and outcomes.
Website and hosting services may also process technical information, such as IP addresses, browser details and request logs, when delivering and protecting the site. This notice does not provide a complete inventory of hosting-provider logs.
Please include only information relevant to your inquiry or membership activity. Do not send passwords, authentication codes, or unnecessary sensitive personal information in messages or uploaded files.
Why we use personal data
- Respond to inquiries and evaluate interest in Primexys and FundStream.
- Create and authenticate accounts, review membership, maintain profiles, and administer member access.
- Process member applications, orders and invoices; display their status and associated transaction records.
- Deliver member messages, handle support tickets and documents, and communicate about submitted records and membership decisions.
- Record newsletter or insights subscriptions and administer subscription-related communications.
- Protect accounts, investigate access problems, and maintain records of administrative actions and privacy requests.
Required fields are identified on the relevant form. Without the necessary information, we may be unable to create an account, review an application or respond to a request. Signing up for an account is not, by itself, a newsletter subscription.
Legal bases where data protection law applies
Where the GDPR applies, a purpose must have an appropriate legal basis. Depending on the activity and relationship, the relevant bases may include steps requested before entering a contract or performance of a contract; legitimate interests in business correspondence, service administration and account security; consent for optional communications where required; and compliance with an applicable legal obligation.
Contract necessity does not automatically apply to an employee simply because their employer is a member. Legitimate interests must be assessed against the individual’s rights. A legal obligation must be tied to an actual law, not assumed from the financial nature of the service.
A purpose-by-purpose legal-basis assessment is not published in this notice. Contact privacy@primexys.co to ask which basis and, where relevant, which legitimate interest applies to your information. This policy does not claim that Primexys has been certified as GDPR compliant.
Storage locations and international transfers
Primexys is identified above with a United States postal address. That address does not establish where every account record, file, email or backup is stored. Locations depend on the services used.
This notice does not specify hosting regions or assert that all personal data remains in a particular country. Where GDPR transfer requirements apply, transfers outside the EEA require an applicable legal mechanism and, where necessary, additional safeguards. No specific adequacy decision, contractual safeguard or transfer framework is represented as verified by this notice.
You may ask privacy@primexys.co about the locations and safeguards applicable to your data. These details need to be established for the relevant processing; publishing a privacy policy is not a substitute.
How long information is kept
Retention depends on the purpose of the record, the account or service relationship, unresolved requests, and any applicable record-keeping requirements. This notice does not specify verified fixed retention periods for inquiries, subscriptions, member records, emails, logs or backups.
Submitting a deletion request does not immediately remove records. An administrator reviews it first. The current account-deletion process targets member records in the portal; separate inquiry and newsletter records, email copies, provider logs and backups are not automatically covered by that process.
Completed deletion requests retain a record of the request and its outcome. This can include a member identifier, organization name, administrator note and timestamps; it is not necessarily anonymous. Ask the privacy contact about retention or erasure of these remaining records. Financial record-keeping obligations must be assessed before account deletion is completed.
Your privacy rights
Depending on the law that applies and its conditions, you may request:
- Access to your personal data and information about its use.
- Correction of inaccurate or incomplete information.
- Erasure of personal data, subject to applicable exceptions.
- Restriction of processing and, where applicable, data portability.
- Objection to processing based on legitimate interests, and objection to direct marketing.
- Withdrawal of consent where processing relies on consent, without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing.
Email privacy@primexys.co with the request and enough information to identify the account or correspondence concerned. For newsletter withdrawal, include the subscribed address. You do not need an approved member account to contact us. We may need proportionate identity verification; do not email identity documents unless specifically requested through an appropriate channel.
Where GDPR Article 12 applies, the response deadline is generally one month from receipt. It can be extended by up to two further months where permitted for complex or numerous requests, with notice and reasons within the first month. This describes the legal requirement, not an automated response feature of the portal. Any refusal must be explained as required by applicable law.
You may complain to the relevant data protection supervisory authority. Under GDPR, this can be the authority in the EEA country of your habitual residence, place of work, or the alleged infringement. You do not have to contact Primexys first.
How members can request deletion
- Sign in to your member account and complete two-step verification.
- Open Delete my data in the portal. Submit a request, with an optional reason.
- Track the request as pending, in review, completed or rejected. An administrator reviews and acts on it.
The current process is designed to remove the member account and associated profile, applications, portal messages, support tickets, documents, orders, invoices and related transaction records. Once account deletion is completed, the member can no longer sign in. A record of the deletion request remains as described above.
This is an administrator-reviewed request, not a guarantee of immediate, complete erasure from every system. Separate communications, subscriptions, email copies, logs and backups need separate consideration. If records must be retained under applicable law, the basis and scope should be explained when handling your request.
If you cannot sign in, are not approved, need only certain information removed, or want deletion beyond the portal account, email privacy@primexys.co instead. Administrators should also use that contact for requests concerning their own accounts.
Account protection and your responsibilities
Member portal access includes account authentication, membership checks and two-step verification. Access to member records is restricted according to the account’s permissions. Use a unique password, keep authentication codes private, and report suspicious account activity.
These controls reduce risk but do not guarantee that every incident will be prevented. This notice makes no independent audit, certification, encryption-standard or breach-free guarantee.
