The FundStream Network Initiative: a new exchange built for financial messages
FundStream is Primexys's next-generation infrastructure for moving value across borders — real-time, compliant, and interoperable by design. Built for the era of tokenized settlement and 24/7 markets.
One instruction. Every rail. Always on.
FundStream is a shared network connecting the institutions that power global private markets — distributors, wealth platforms, asset managers, fund administrators, transfer agents, custodians, banks, market infrastructures and emerging digital-asset platforms.
FundStream does not replace existing institutions, operating systems or settlement rails. It connects them — allowing information and instructions to move more efficiently between the different parts of the market.
Through a single connection, participants can support traditional fund-processing workflows, coordinate cash and asset settlement, exchange lifecycle information and connect with emerging tokenized infrastructure.
As private markets evolve toward tokenized funds, digital cash and new commercial- and central-bank settlement rails, FundStream provides the common messaging and orchestration layer that allows these environments to work together.
One connection. One common language. Across multiple market infrastructures.
How a fund instruction crosses the network.
Built for the next decade of finance.
Real-time orchestration
Sub-second message validation and finality across corridor pairs, replacing batch-based processing with continuous transaction processing.
Embedded compliance
Sanctions, AML and regulatory checks run in-line before a message is accepted, so guardrails travel with the payload.
Universal addressing
A single global identifier maps institutions, accounts and ledgers so messages route correctly the first time.
End-to-end encryption
Every message is encrypted at origin, tamper-evident in transit, and only decryptable by the intended recipient.
Multi-rail orchestration
One connection links traditional fund processing, cash and asset settlement rails and emerging tokenized fund infrastructure.
ISO 20022 native
Rich, structured data from day one — no translation layers, no information loss, full reconciliation downstream.
Three design principles.
A shared data model
FundStream standardizes message structure, reference data and identifiers across all members, eliminating the reconciliation errors that plague bilateral interfaces.
Programmable settlement
Smart envelopes carry business rules, liquidity conditions and regulatory checks, enabling conditional settlement without manual intervention.
Resilient by design
Geographically distributed consensus, active-active hubs and zero single points of failure keep the exchange operating through regional outages.
The path ahead for private capital infrastructure
Live founding consortium
Launch the first common messaging standards corridors for private funds, connecting fund managers, distributors and allocators through existing systems in real time.
Established Network
Embed policy and regulatory rules into standardized messages, enabling compliance checks to travel throughout a fully digitized investment journey and helping reduce risk, time, costs and manual processing.
Global network scale
Drive upselling and strengthen cross-border asset and fund management in new jurisdictions with a single connection and 24/7 operations across all major time zones.
Scalability
Digitization and connectivity make private capital fluid and fully deployable — faster, at scale.
